Positive: Staff helpful and friendly, breakfast choice excellent, full English kept us going to tea time. Boiled eggs were delicious and well worth trying. Room basic but had everything needed for the stay, cleaned daily and well stocked hot drink making facilities. We booked a sea view room and weren't sure what we'd get as sea views in some places we've stayed have been a glimpse through a small window, not this time the view was amazing and worth paying the bit extra for. Position of the establishment on the sea front was perfect to, not to close to the centre of town but idea for accessing both ends of the prom without to much of a walk. Only thing we had trouble with was the parking as you can only park on the front for 16 hours in any 24 hour period so it meant having to move the car daily and keep an eye on the time and spaces weren't always available. We eventually decided to park in the 24 hr long stay car park near the ferry terminal and walk down daily to renew the ticket which was less restrictive and easier than messing about with the spaces on the front. Cost was £5.50 for 24 hrs, parking free 6pm to 8am.

Negative: Liked everything about the accommodation, parking restrictions confusing but this isn't connected to the B&B

Positive: Good location. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Available parking.

Negative: Extremely small room for two people. Very poor soundproofing — I could hear the neighbors above and couldn’t sleep when people were walking down the corridor. The view from the window was directly into the windows of the neighboring building, which was only 2 meters away, so I had to keep the curtains closed all the time. There is no wall above the toilet doors, so you have to be very close with the person you share the room with.
